At SAP Ariba, I owned end-to-end documentation for user, admin, and API content across SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network solutions in building AI-assisted content workflows, establishing quality evaluation frameworks, and mentoring writing teams. Before that, at Meta, I helped train ML models through precision image annotation at scale.
